In addition to her construction litigation experience, Natalie also has a strong background in real estate transactions and litigation. She understands the nuts and bolts of zoning matters, walking clients through the hurdles of the zoning process, representing clients at community meetings and before hearings before the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
Natalie often meets people for the first time when they are facing serious life challenges. Whether a client is facing losing their home, or completely remediating their home, Natalie takes the time to carefully explain the key issues and guide clients through each step. She turns puzzling and thorny problems into action items. Clients appreciate Natalie’s straight-talk and her responsiveness.
Some of Natalie’s recent successes include:
As Team Lead for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s local “Out of the Darkness Walk,” Natalie raises significant funds for the organization. When she is not in the office, you can probably find Natalie enjoying the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey.
